Why the Annual Fund?
Like the varied pieces of a complex puzzle, each aspect of our program at Cary Christian School adds to the beauty and enhances the fullness of the overall educational experience. Whether academics, athletic, cultural, or technological, each piece joins together to create a complete picture and an in-depth opportunity for our students.
Cary Christian School continues to prosper as a result of God’s goodness and the generosity of many partners. Yearly, we appeal to all parents, grandparents, local businesses, and friends of the school, asking each to do his part in supporting our programs through the Annual Fund.
This year’s 2009-2010 CCS Annual Fund Drive begins in September and runs through June 30, 2010. We desire everyone’s participation, whether it is $2, $200 or $2,000. Every contribution meets a need. Please prayerfully consider becoming a part of this work.

The administration will determine where your gift will make the greatest impact, and they will match your gift with the appropriate program.
Cary Christian School Family of Funds
In an attempt to better match your personal philanthropic preferences with our existing needs, we offer restricted giving opportunities. Please decide how your gift will support the school by investing in the Family of Funds. The following funds represent various areas of the school that are enriched by annual gifts. Your gift to the fund of your choice will help ensure excellence in that program for the year ahead.
Science and Technology Fund
Enriched academic programs are a first step in providing a superior learning environment. To keep pace with the ever-advancing fields of science and technology, there is need for funding in these disciplines at Cary Christian School. Contributions to this fund will go toward the purchase of laboratory equipment and ongoing computer hardware and software needs.
Athletics Fund
In addition to learning how to kick or throw a ball, there is much to be gained on the playing field. Students are given the opportunity to learn about the balance of commitment, physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Godly character is developed and molded as students test their skills against the opponent and one another. Gifts to this fund will help purchase equipment and uniforms, as well as providing for an ongoing maintenance of athletic facilities.
Financial Aid Fund
Make a lasting difference in the life of a local family! Gifts to the Financial Aid Fund will be used to assist qualified applicants who might otherwise not be able to attend Cary Christian School.
Friends of the Library Fund
Research is at the heart of any educational institution, and a library filled with books which contain the thoughts of the brightest and the best throughout human history is at the heart of a classical and Christian school. Building the library collection will be an ongoing commitment and challenge in the coming years.
Fine Arts Fund
Opportunities for our students to be enriched in the areas of drama, choral and instrument performance, and art are vital to a well-rounded education. Your gifts in this area will assure that these experiences will be available and that they will be of the highest quality.
