Let Us Pray for Open House

Lord, we pray that you will encourage families who share our Christian values to attend Open House. Bless our outreach efforts, and help us to communicate the vision and demonstrate the mission of our school. Give prospective families a sense of peace and confirmation as they consider our school, so their children may thrive in a nurturing and Christ-centered environment. Amen.

Important Dates

Health & Safety

Thursday, November 6 – Prospective Family Open House (5:00-7:00 p.m.) – Invite your friends and family to experience the heart of CCS! Help spread the word about classical Christian education by encouraging prospective families to attend Open House. Guests will have the opportunity to meet our dedicated faculty and staff, explore our classrooms, and walk through our vibrant hallways.

    • Feeling competitive? The family who refers the most guests will win a sweet reward—ice cream for your whole family!
    • Invite your friends to register on the CCS website.
Thursday-Saturday, November 13-15 – Eurydice and Elektra: Daughters of Heartbreak – Rhetoric School Fall Drama Production – You do not want to miss this riveting CCS Theatrical Double-Feature!
    • Showtimes: Daily – 7:00 p.m., Saturday Matinee – 1:00 p.m.
    • Where: Theater
    • Tickets: Click here to purchase.
    • Plot: Witness these tragic female figures from Greek Mythology cope in very different ways with love, loss, identity, connection, and memory. Eurydice is Sarah Ruhl’s iconic and masterful retelling of the myth of Orpheus from the perspective of his wife. We have fallen in love with this gorgeously artistic “poem” of a play, written after the death of Ruhl’s father, and know that our audiences will fall in love as well. Elektra is our student-directed submission to the NCTC High School Play Festival. Set in a mental institution, this compelling play hauntingly explores themes of sorrow, revenge, and rationality. (Please see the Content Warning posted in the Ticket Link.)
