BLOG: A CLASSICAL PERSPECTIVE ON ATHLETICS
Athletics is an important part of the culture of student life. Schools take different approaches philosophically to athletics. This is true between private and public schools, as well as between Christian school to Christian school. Other than clinics and camps we sponsor, we realize it may be years before you are fully engaged with the athletic program at Cary Christian, however, we feel it important for you to know how we approach athletics and why. Throughout this school year, we will post an article on a semiregular basis so you can see our “why” and how we believe it will benefit your student. Please let us know if you have any questions along the way. We are ALWAYS iterating and growing toward our goal of “a competitive program of excellence and sportsmanship modeled after classical education and founded upon a biblical worldview”!
