A Prayer for the Police Officers that Serve CCS

Dear Jesus, Thank you for the police officers that protect us every day. Thank you for their bravery and hard work that goes into their lives and the lives of those they defend every day. I pray that you protect them from harm that they have to deal with on a day-to-day basis. I pray for their families who care about them and worry about their safety. I pray that they remain safe. I also pray for their faith. I pray that they remain strong in you amidst the horrible things that they witness every day. Remind them that the bad in this world doesn’t mean you aren’t real, but that the only way to see the bad is because there is something good in this word. YOU. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

— Regan Barnes, CCS Student
